Politics resources are few and far between and often of not very high quality. I have got to a place where I feel confident that using my resources I can get fantastic grades and create great and up to date lessons in Politics. This year I started doing Politics teaching consultancy and it made me aware of how difficult a lot of teachers are finding it to build appropriately challenging, in depth and up to date resources. Now I am making some available. FREE single sample lesson on Additional Member System from this pack provided for you to get a sense of what you are buying. However, this resource can only be bought as a bundle as it contains a whole unit of work for the topic of UK Government: Relations to Branches. Each lesson reflects and builds upon the next. Alongside resources that I have made, the range of Edexcel Politics textbooks, can support this content alongside a subscription to PreChewed Politics but they are not necessary to make use of the resources. If there are answers in the slide notes to questions that you do not know the answers to, you can produce quick answers by plugging in the questions into ChatGPT but if you follow the lessons in order you should find that the circular nature of the resources means that you are always building on previous knowledge. These resources are four years in the making, they offer both a great combination of knowledge and skills development and can be altered and adapted as they come in the form of Microsoft/Google friendly documents. I get fantastic results and happy classrooms so I hope you do to. This contains eleven 1hr lessons (19 files) that match up to the specification The Supreme Court Supreme Court Case Studies Judicial Independence Judicial Neutrality Powers of the Supreme Court Relations to branches pt 1 Relations to branches pt 2 Parliamentary Sovereignty The EU and the UK’s withdrawal Political Impacts of Leaving the EU It also includes relevant class resources, student exemplars, homework suggestions and a final assessment.
